Refund and Returns Policy

Items shipped to us for return without prior notice will NOT be refunded.

We gladly accept returns for exchange or refund for up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.

Items must be in “new, unaltered, and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

– Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
– Uninstalled
– Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no refunds are allowed, only exchange or store credit)
– No returns on special order or a custom order products.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

All refused packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Freight charges and shipping costs are non-refundable.

The item must be sent back for return. No partial refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

– customized / order made products
– hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable goods, or gases
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase with order number.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We can not refund you for this action.

Sale and Used Items

All sale item sales are final.
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned. (does not apply to coupon codes)

All used item sales are final.
Only New Condition items may be returned for a refund. Used items cannot be refunded or returned due to unable to prove damage or condition before and after receiving the product.

Defective Products (New Only)

We replace items if they have manufacturing defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@divinf.net. If you do not wish to have a replacement you will receive a store credit for the item once the item is delivered and received by us. If we do not have inventory of the item, you will receive your refund as your original payment method.

Used items do not qualify for refunds.

Shipping Damage

If an item is received damaged please contact Customer Support immediately at store@divinf.net with a picture of the damage of the outside of the box and the damaged product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Incorrect Orders

Items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund once the item is returned to us. and description of what you ordered and what you received.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us and we will ensure that we have done our end to send you back your refund.

After we have verified sending you your refund and you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company / banking institution,. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

Before you return your product, please contact us for further instructions at store@divinf.net.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping label for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not liable for missing or damaged packages that are sent to us for returns. If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
